Very nice.
Thanks, Buddy.
You know, I think this pattern could catch on.
Couple of lightweights for our walk. Sak Rambler and Gerber lockback.
Have to tell you I like your photos. As long as I can zoom in on my ifone, I don’t mind playing Where’s Waldo looking for the knives I know are there.

Nice to see the surroundings for your daily hike.
10 pints made. And a pint of “test run” syrup. Plus a juice with pulp batch to start a gallon of wine. Wasn’t a great year but it’ll get me through till next year.

I’m on my way home from returning my Grand Daughters to their home in NW Georgia. Their Mom and her husband have a cabinet full of mason jars of moonshine. Some relative has a still back in the woods.
Somewhere around 180 proof. Since 200 proof is 100% pure alcohol, I’d guess it burns a bit going down.
They keep a shelf full of jars which they’ve mixed with fruit to make it drinkable.
Neither of them drink much, so I’d say they have forty years worth.
When we lived in the Ozarks, Grandpa had a source right out of folk lore. There was a dirt track that was not on any maps off of a deadend gravel road, and if you were entrusted to know how to find it, there was a hollow stump. You put your money in the stump, came back the next day, and there’d be a pint mason jar of white lightning in the stump.
Memories…
I imagine your homemade stuff is a lot more drinkable.
