Muskrat and Jack for Schradurday.
Since I was looking at heirloom bean seeds online, I posed my knives in some of this yearโ€™s cropโ€ฆ15CA3BF9-0272-4747-AFD6-FA3670987D8D.jpeg
Put this home made knife on my belt, as Iโ€™m off to cook breakfast for some men in a church kitchen.
I did most of my preps last night, so I might not even need it. But maybe just seeing in on my belt will encourage a few of these old tightwads to help pay for the food. ๐Ÿ˜Ž68A46E53-4EA5-43CC-B040-F12A4E818FA2.jpeg

Today was the best coffee from my favourite cafe,I always go there after a haircut.

The Nata was from a Portugese seller in the Saturday market that is set up along the main road.

Its the best I have ever had even in Portugal.

I bought a nice made from coconut spoon as well, just to help a buisness I didnt need it.

After talking to the woman who was standing outside in the horrid cold/damp we get in England, she was recovering from a 2nd bought of pneumonia and 2 hospital stays.

Needs must but I could see she was cold, I gave her advice on a merino wool clothing online shop I use and told her how to get a discount, she went straight online to have a look.

It makes you realise you are not the only one putting on a front and carrying on facing hard times.

I had pneumonia myself and spent a week in hospital.

Hopefully the sun will be out soon and warm us up a little. ๐Ÿ˜

On the way back to my car I took a detour to check the Shark was still in town ๐Ÿ˜„

Isnโ€™t that the originally intended purpose for super glue? During the Vietnam War, if I recall.
So everybody says! :D Well, except Nurse Grumpy Drawers! ๐Ÿคฃ ;)
Your stag has a nice combination of character and mellowness. ๐Ÿค

Paul and Will got me to looking for my Orchard Gem yesterday, which I haven't shown much love. Took some new pictures of it, after I pulled it out of it's ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿ‡ hole................ which led me to get the Encore out for stag Saturday. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Wonderful knife. I always enjoy your travel albums and interaction with the locals you meet.

Nice knives my friend. Seeing the bowl of dry beans has me thinking a pot of beans with ham or sausage and corn bread would make a great supper this weekend.
Hope the breakfast is a hit

Well done Jon the Winchester is shining bright.
Itโ€™s hard to pry out of my pocket at the moment!
Great Pair Jon. ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Thanks Pete! This Winchester has been a great add to the stable and the Bull is a permanent member as long as my son keeps his paws off of it!
Love the brand Bart! Kansas City is full of hometown pride and merch, so if ever you want T-shirts, ballcaps, or geegaws that say "KC" on them we're stocked here. Trade you for the cow, we definitely know what to do with it - I'd prefer dry-aged KC strip.

Was at Walmart last night, lady was acting strange and I asked if she was okay.
She said, "I accidentally took my cat's meds this morning ... don't ask meow."
I think that's what she said. Then driving home, I was incredibly surprised to see The Stationary Store had moved.

I tried this joke out on my wife kids this morning. My wife couldnโ€™t stop laughingโ€ฆnot at the joke but at me ๐Ÿ˜‚. She said, โ€œYou do such a good job being 40 years older than you are. I took that as a high compliment ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜Ž.
Hope everyone enjoys their weekend.View attachment 2005805
All farm projects and the skinning of small animals will be of no concern for you today sir. You are well equipped!
Great pic Mike! Great, classic knife.
