What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks man! Hope you are doing well.
Doing well here, thanks, and hope you are having a good weekend. Just finished a roper wallet requested by my brother to be given as a Christmas present. I am happy with the end result. Carrying my Bayou Trapper today.

A couple of old Robeson Cutlery Co. POCKETEZE's slipped very easy in my pockets this morning.

I have been workin' hard on the equal end the past couple of days to make it look the way I wanted it to look.
I decided to leave some of it's battle scars. 😊
It's a dandy of a knife at 3 & 3/8ths" closed, no half stops, just silky smooth operation followed by a nice snap. 😊

The slip on the right decided to bite me on my pinky knuckle this morning....it can cut!🙃

It bit you because it was jealous of that beautiful 38 you paired it with 😂!
the 62 petitioned to be carried this morning …

You wear the green well. Love that setup!
Dang brother. Yer killin me. That’s a seriously good match! Especially since the jigging on the Northfield Bone 44 is the same as that 78. If you had the NF jigged 44 and a Coco 78…😎.

Well done sir! That’s the second best wallet I’ve ever seen you make 😁!

Two beauties!
😍
What pattern number is the bone knife?
Paul the jigged bone is a 78, that Tyler barely beat me to... Pretty jealous here, but glad it ended up in good (read will take pictures for me) hands 😁. Your gonna' have to buy a brown flashlight and Alox soon to match that congress 🤣

Some of my favorites of yours F.C. Great photos!
Thank you Jon! I've been trying at the knife pictures for a few years now, they're finally getting past cringe-worthy to me. The funny thing is that my day job involves taking product photos - you'd think I'd be better at it 🤷‍♂️ ALL my handbuilts are my favorites - it's just more unique/special when you know one person stood there and made the whole thing. I love to support cottage industry and do it every chance I get. Your 86 clip/sheep is pretty boss - I really dig that jigging pattern, almost as much as TylerG12 TylerG12 's

Thanks, FC. I’ll send you a cow, they’re due to start calving any day, but you’ll have to feed the calf for a while before you eat it. 😁
I know I’ve told you this before, but I love those shadow patterns you have (and the brooks saddle)👍

Great news about the calf Bart! I'll keep it in the basement until it's grown - I'm sure the wife won't notice/mind? What does the "KC" brand stand for, if I may ask?
Thanks for your shadow love, they've really grown on me as I do not enjoy feeling a knife in my pocket until time comes to use it. Heavier/thicker knives feel great in hand, but once I'm on the bicycle and pedaling (every day, darn near), the feel of bulkier pocket-ables banging against my thigh is annoying. Black is just as understated/classy on a leather saddle as on a knife, to me. Now I just need to hunt down a Black Jack with copper accents...

Edit: Jiki Jiki Great pics Jim! Now I have a hankering for an M&G 35... Do you an incredible zoom on your camera, or are you just *really* sneaky/patient to get that close to waterfowl? Is that a Heron?
