• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

This one is pretty nice. What is it? Many of the knives you've posted, I was totally unaware of. I have very much enjoyed your posts and your knives.

I'm going to take this Fight'n Rooster 4 blade canoe. It has spear, pen, spey, and coping blades; I should be ready for just about anything that comes my way...

My first Kabar, a little 3-inch jackknife. Sort of like a GEC #25 that went on a diet. :D

Previous owner had sharpened it on one of those horrible kitchen-knife sharpeners -- you know, the one with the disks that you drag your knife through? *shudder* Now that I've got the edge cleaned up, it's just about perfect.

Ha! Is that a 1026? What a coincidence, I just got a used 1026 in the mail today. Fun thing -it's in my pocket right now-, especially since it cost me 5usd :-) (well, next to another 5 for shipping :().

Great pics Kevin, you did a great job on that machete and it's always a pleasure to see it :)

Thank you, Jack :)

Nice machete. But a bit bulky for carrying around don't you think?

;)

- Christian

I can answer that with a very satisfying "NO" :D

A quick pic my girlfriend snuck of me on one of our last walks late fall. I have carried a machete with me, in my hand, since I was a child :)
