Yep. Holub Industries from Sycamore. Electrical supply, if I’m not mistaken.
Probably made for them, though, similar to how Klein and Son, Chicago, another electrical supply house, had theirs made by the big guys…

The old Russell catalogs called this a fine white bone Barlow, which has aged to a color not hardly white. Most of the varnish is worn off of the pile side of the pruner. 1950's(?)/1960's(?) Ulster N°10 Barlow. (I don't think it is pre-1950, but I cannot find an Ulster tang stamp chart, so I may be mistooken. I "know" it predates the RJR Ulster Old Timer tobacco knives. No "Old Timer" anywhere on it.)

Cool photo, Gary. That’s the shot I was going for but the bull ran off before I could get close enough, so I used a further away shot I took. (The porter was tasty.)
