What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I think in some ways we are missing something by having our many knives. Here of late I have pondered getting do to one or two knives, excluding gifted ones of course. There is a lot to be said for that approach.

Beautiful neighborhood sir. Bet it is just as beautiful when covered in white. Provided the view is from a warm, comfortable chair with a cup of hot coffee

And here I am caught napping a few years ago with the same area more or less covered with snow.
