Très belle paire, JJ!
Thank you very much for your kind words, Gary!!!JJ, with your dual Hammer Brands, you're like John Henry, a steel-drivin' man!
Definitely agree with the etching removal.

Thanks Will! I’ve had the Hubertus at least 30 years; it has a lot of miles on it. Plus the pile side has really nice stag on it.Lot to like in that Hubertus Springer, some years ago you could come across such things in Germany quite easily, days long gone. Very appealing wintertime shot too.
Regards, Will
Hi WillCleaned up nicely
Or perhaps it's changed colour and is wearing its winter coat ?Looks a lot tidier
And you got all the luck

Hi buddyHibou Canne ~ Sometime back, seeing the photos, I decided I’d do the same.
The question is, do I just let it wear off by using the heck out of it, or intentionally remore it?
They do wear off ~ my Bull Nose etch is hardly visible after a couple years.
Paul, that may be the finest pocket knife I’ve ever seen. The stag flows with the knife. I really like the long high lines, perfect for the long pattern. I think I would trade all my knives for that one. They haven’t done Natural Stag since around the time they stopped doing shields on stag.New to me Natural Stag Eureka
