Thanks Jack and likewise !

The Imperial is the only one of the three makers of that knife I do not have. And that bone is drop dead gorgeous!

After way too much time spent running through way too many pedals, this little group of six is doing it for me through my Pro Reverb. As you can see, I love optical comps.
Sadly, I went from two bands to zero (for now). Left the church where I’d played for 20 years, and my partner, a singer, songwriter for whom I’d been playing in a duo, decided to hang it up due to her MS making it hard for her to sing. 🥺

I'll keep an eye out for one for you 👍

Sorry to hear about your band situation. I'm also at the point where I don't play out anymore. My lifelong guitar partner moved a few years ago and it's harder for us to get together regularly anymore. I do get to play with my brother and my two nieces fairly often though 👍

To fit in with all of the animal knives being shown off lately, I have two animals today.View attachment 2030505

Nice pair !

Love me a nice tall and slender slip 👍

That’s some absolutely beautiful country, wish we had more river like that in SoCal 👍

This gave me a good chuckle, I’m still patiently waiting for a tracking as well 😃

Snapped this photo last night and I’ll be giving each one some attention today while I’m at my desk and making dog food for Iris later this evening. 😄

Thanks my friend it really is but I do miss that beautiful weather year round in your neck of the woods 👍🏻

Hey! Don’t see too many of those KA-BARs.
One of my favorites. Opens smooth and easy, but sings when it snaps.View attachment 2030492

Yup nice walk and talk.

Fine pair of knives. Dont spook them. Dont want you to get caught up in a stampede. 🤣 🤠

After about thirty years playing in churches, I realized that being able to play, and always being prepared takes a back seat to being in your twenties with skinny jeans.

My little brother is a danged fine mandolin player, and his daughter is such a good singer that I call her the little diva. She’s even performed on tv. We always play when we get together, but they live five hours away.
Yup nice walk and talk.

I’ve been assured that they are ready to stampede and run off any rabbits that may show up.

I won’t have all three of these in my pocket at the same time but they will all get pocket time today. View attachment 2030378

Have a great day everyone. 😎👍
Looks like a good place to spend some time and relax.

Your Missouri cedar reminds me of “a few” years ago. I wasn’t even 30 yet, but spent a couple of years working in a wood shop in Mack’s Creek. Mack’s Creek and Climax Springs were notorious because whenever the State Police caught a fugitive, that’s where they had run to.
We got pallets of cedar boards from the mill in Camdenton, and turned them into those cedar novelties that you see in all the truck stops and other tourist traps. Little log cabin bird feeders/houses, etc. Good times, but I must have inhaled way too much cedar sawdust and laquer fumes. We did not know better.

I can row a boat, canoe? 😎
Don’t see too many Camillus Canoes here! Is it new to you?

If your father in law is not a member here, he should be. We could warn him to keep an eye on his sticky fingered son in law.

Looks like a fun use of your time off, Todd. Judging from your eyes, it looks like you’re a few beers in. 🤭

Maybe your Forum Knife is going to be a Snowshoe Hare.

Don’t worry. I’m sure our rodents will get here. Right?
Right? 🤔😁
Sorry your singing partner has medical issues that caused her to have to stop writing and singing.

Things certainly change over time. What one day was top priority is barely a blip on the radar later in life.
Next session you should record and share here.
