Yup. Routine diabetes monitoring. She was happy. My A1C is up a bit from last time, but last time she cut my sugar-buster dose to stop me addressing shaky spells with candy corn.

They certainly used something very much like Bakelight if not not BL itself in the early fifties before the switch to delrin. I had a Barlow with covers like that.

I agree with your comment about Bakelite. I thought the same thing about my Camillus Barlow. I must say however, yours looks nicer than mine.Collage-DDS.jpg
