2 GREAT BF knives!

Harness Jack #10 and a Lincoln Jack today.

Couple of superior knives and sheaths!
I really like the illustration on the wood box top; reminds me a little of the Case canoe blade etch. ;)

Thank you my friend, I hurt one in the Canary Islands in some soft sand, and the other, a week later, on a badly pot-holed path a quarter of a mile from where I live! 🤨

I know just what you mean Gary, I've slowed down a lot since I turned 50, 12 years ago. I've also noticed a decline in my suppleness and agility, when I was rock-climbing, I could get my foot up level with my ear, now it can be a struggle to put my socks on! 😳

A good few tons I reckon! 😁👍
Thanks for the ankle injury info, Jack; bad luck, home and away!
I wonder if my walking speed decrease is due to reduced flexibility, including shorter stride length.
I was thinking of a daily average "knife weight", but if if we consider cumulative total, tons may be reasonable.

I’m getting triggered by this talk of eating possums!

😁 I'll be jiggered: Jeff got triggered!

Triumphant trio of classics, old and new, Steve!
Looks like they're growing on you (top to bottom). 🤓

The usual lamb and a vintage Case Canoe. Four or five dot, hard to see even with my cheaters on. 😀

Wonderful stag duo; the canoe really grabs my attention!
I miss reading the comics in the newspaper. :( When times got tough for our daily paper, they dropped from 4 or 5 sections in each paper to 2 sections on week days. They also dropped to delivery just 2 days per week, plus Sunday for additional cost. I eventually switched to subscribing only to Sunday paper, and finally dropped it completely several years ago. Doonesbury was a favorite when I was in college over 50 years ago; amazing that it's still around in some form today!

@TheChunk91 turned me on to the 61OT. Don’t carry them as much as I should but I’m trying to rectify that today.View attachment 2047132
Sweet stockman!
I have a Chinese version; I'll post a photo for comparison:

This Northfield 35 today . As I told Half/Stop Ron when I got this knife in 2017 " These 35's are a Serious Knife "

Harry
Greg and Harry, those Churchills are some of GECs best knives IMHO!

Looks like you and your Bunny Knife are hunting surf bunnies, Taylor!

I got cold on my walk today,I cant get any of my warm jackets over the cast on my hand.

But I knew I could get a hot drink in the museum nearby, where they served me the worst tea in years.

Entrance is free so I just had a quick look as I havent been for years.

Thanks for taking us to the museum, Johnny!

TuBucks & a Tutone accompanied the dog and me to the local cemetery to pay respects to some of the departed. No, the dog is not allowed in there unless she has taken care of her business beforehand, it's a respect thing. While there, I spotted this partially burned out tree. It simply worked.View attachment 2047836
3 fine knives, but that Tutone Imperial is awesome!

It was there when my sister started college in 1988, there when I started college in 1995, and it’s still there. That’s about all I know about it.
Thanks for the info, Bart. People are strange.

Going with a big one ( for me) today.View attachment 2047955

You sure have a lot of interesting knives, Bob!
That Schrade-Wostenholm stockman is splendid!

Just a few hours south close to the Kentucky boarder is Metropolis, IL the “home” of Superman. On his birthday they have a real big to do with movie and tv stars there. It’s a lot of fun.
Wow, that is pretty nice, Jon. Nothing exciting like that over here in coastal VA (that I know of, anyway).
Thanks, Todd. 👍

Lovely knives and pictures everyday, Greg. 👍

I feel like there’s a shortage of unmotivation from you today 😁
Sorry Bart, been working from the house for the last few days and although I brought the calendar squares home for the days I’ll be working here, the last two days have not been too funny. Hopefully today will make up for that with a zinger that shows up here. BTW, nice WT you got with you.

Thank you kindly Gary. Seems like your old timer emulates the US version rather well. Hope your day is a good one.

Smashing pair their Jeremy. The lamb Barlow combo is my favorite. 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks Pete, I'm particularly fond of the stag 77 I got from a very kind member here, but that snakewood lamb is no slouch either.
Two stunning knives again today, Bob. 😳 If I had those I'm not sure I'd need to carry anything else.
I know you've heard this many times already but that Moran is fantastic, Joshua.

Beautiful covers Mr. Jack ! 😍
Just one critter face ................ shot in the right eye with a gold bullet. 😉🤣

Love the old Pocket Eze Mr. R ! 😲:thumbsup:😍

That's a good one ............ probably says HDW & MFG CO. ............. which was the last of the real Belknap Primbles.😊
Thanks Mr.P....hopefully no more storms for awhile.

Absolutely beautiful.
Thanks! I'm definitely happy to own this one. I don't have much info on this knife and was curious when I saw it because it doesn't have a model number that I can find - or a shield. It's almost exactly the same size as the Case trapper, which is only about 1/4" longer than Schrade's regular models (293/94OT/285UH). So it seems a bit redundant to have 2 trapper models so close in size, but what do I know? The difference in size between Case's trapper and mini trapper makes a lot more sense to me. Maybe Schrade wasn't selling many trappers and decided to make a slightly bigger one with bone handles that would compete better with Case? If anyone knows the history, I would be happy to hear it.

Pic for size comparison.
