New lambsfoot and little camp knife today

The S&M was generously given to me by Suave Suave . Purchased a knife from him on the exchange after reading about his family's situation in the Ukraine. Had a nice little conversation with him and was happy to help. Opened the box yesterday and two knives fell out of the box. To gift a complete stranger such a nice knife is special. Thank you Suave. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

There in lies the soul of this forum.
Congrats and hopefully Suaves' family is ok.

Very nice Schrades and coffee cup Jeff. The shape of the cup fits the hand just right
Thanks, RL! I am fond of the old style heavy china coffee cups. With the unglazed rim on the bottom, of course!
That's why I bought it. A big jack is hard to find.
The guy I bought it from in the obvious place might still have a couple more.
Oh you mean wink, wink the “obvious place” 😗
I have deliberately stayed away from that place lately. I cashed the Christmas and Birthday checks that my In-Laws (very fine people) gave me, and have that moolah in my wallet for the Badger Knife show in five or six weeks. And I may not spend it there, either. Never know. But the last two shows, I did find two TL-29s that no-one else wanted…

Awesome pair of Bucks!
Can you tell me about your 119? It does not look like the every-day Buck Special. And is the sheath custom, or factory.

I guess I should look at the Buck sub forum.

Same, but not the same as yesterday. These are the two oldies that I usually carry when I need some sunshine.
Can’t remember for sure, but I think the #1 Camillus pruner is the only knife I bought in ‘22 ~ besides the Bunny.

I got it very cheap due to it’s condition. Lots of blade loss from aggressive sharpening, and there’s no “action” to speak of. It’s very stiff and tight. I’ll see if I can remedy that. But it’s a Shortline Tang Stamp, which means it was made before 1949, so it’s worth a lillte TLC.
