What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I believe I'm among the minority on this forum in that I often carry the same knife during my work week, and only switch it around on the weekend. This knife slips into my watch pocket so well that it's hard to switch to anything else. I do carry a larger folder for heavier jobs though, and it does change fairly frequently! Anyway, here's my Red Bone Texas Toothpick.

I'm amazed at how a lot of the forum members seem to always take perfect pictures of their knives, and it's motivated me to attempt some nicer pictures. It's not as easy as it looks! I'll keep working at it.
That picture is better than all of mine. I'm like a 3 year old with a polaroid.

I think SOME people's photography skills goes a loooong way towards driving the obsession
I've seen people post pics of knives and immediately go ...ooooh I want one

Then realize I have one, it just doesn't look as pretty as the person's pictures

Heh

You have started well with the complimenting background.
Thanks! I just found some old boards lying around, and thought that they would make a good backdrop.

Thank you! The reflections and shadows, especially on shiny knives like this, are tough to work around.

You're absolutely right! A single picture is sometimes all it takes. I think that some of them should go into marketing if they aren't already! The background items do a lot to help the pictures, and I like the unique angles in some of them.
