Couple good knives for the market. Maybe Tool Man needs to open a computer fix it stall. 🤣
Good pairing buddy!🤠

IMHO as good as anything similar from gec,Its French the scales are wood and the construction is screws (nowadays I prefer pins).

You can adjust the friction on the blade pull.

It is very strong but at the same time very easy to pinch and pull open,it feels safe open even without a lock.

This is the first one I bought I now have 3, mine are all from the original knife maker who I have met (hes retired now and passed on the shop to another enthusiast).

I detoured through France to buy then.

In other news the local supermarket had this bunny duvet set in the sale for £9 so I bought it,not so much for the rabbits (that would be sad or silly 😋) but becasuse it was good quality.

instead of counting sheep I can now count Rabbits till I fall asleep 😁

Really like this knife, screws no problem on a design like that either  Useful size and practical blade shape, get on your Kawa and get me one please:D

Rabbits are not at all bad (except for us gardeners...) they look pretty, taste alright and they don't make a lot of stupid noise like sheep do, and the stink....better bet on bed cover
