What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I've been admiring these 2 sitting at my desk today so I decided to take them outside for a quick pic. I think this swell center balloon pattern might be my favorite style of pocket knife. The Case is a true, split back whittler but the Schrade has the coping blade at the top along with the main blade. I've seen it described as a whittler, a carpenter's knife and as a stockman. Not sure what it really is - I just know I like it. I would love to find an example with jigged bone handles instead of delrin. I don't know how rare those might be though.

Duane gifted his first-run TC Barlow to Thom @scruffuk :) I remember seeing it a few times, though Duane had treated the blade with gun-blue! :D

I think I remember that TC Mr. Jack. 🤔 🤔 😊

Small .......... medium ............ large. Not only do the three make a handsome threesome, that combination should get most any knife work done. Pretty knives ....... pretty picture !😍
