Love these photos so much! Last summer, there was a pair of Chickadees in the Nature Preserve behind my house, who would take sunflower seeds right out of my hand. I'd been sitting on a rock located beneath their nest cavity every day while taking a break from my daily hike, and would always leave behind a small pile of seeds upon leaving. Eventually, they grew accustomed to me and would boldly land on my hand and take a seed or two. It was so awesome! I never thought to take a knife as a landing platform though! Awesome pics
Fantastic pics Dan, I have been enjoying all the talk of Gaucho knives your new acquisition has inspired![]()

The Lord willing and the creek don't rise, here's hoping tomorrow is a birthday filled with mirth and merriment!I asked my doctor this A.M.: "Do you think I will live to see 68?"
She said "I sure hope so! That's one reason I want to get your blood pressure under control. It is still a little higher than I want to see it."
She changed the dosage of one of my blood pressure meds, and made an appointment for next month, to follow up.
Guess a return to fancy/semi fancy for my 68th (and counting) birth anniversary, which is tomorrow.
Marbles Ram Horn series MR360 Canoe and MR365 Barlow.

I sure am glad she didn't answer my question with "No.".
Be terrible to be told I had less than 14 hours (at that time ... even less now) to go.
She was surprised when I told her when I turn 68.
That cattle knife is nice looking but the Case Jack you showed off last month is a better looking knife to me. Not sure why, it just is.
Nice looking bike
Great pair of knives Greg, bummer on the hail. Hope the roof is good.Oregon trapper for the pant utility pocket and the Barlow in the watch pocket for hump day.View attachment 2142402
Was at my shop yesterday when it sounded like the sky was falling, gonna have to check the roof for hail damage. My truck was parked unprotected just outside as I watched it get pelted from the doorway. Shattered a couple truck window visors and put some golfball sized divots in the hood and cab roof.

Thanks, Todd. Too windy today for me to throw a ladder up and inspect the roof. I'm alone over there with no way down if the ladder blows over, I wouldn't wanna spend the night stranded on the roof.Great pair of knives Greg, bummer on the hail. Hope the roof is good.![]()
