I love that first one. I had something similar but have no idea what happened to it.

That's a shame Rachel, but glad the service is OK at leastUnfortunately, they closed our little neighborhood post office, so I had to move my p.o. address to another branch. The service has been slightly better so far, so I can't complain too much.
Thank you. I attended a very nice seder last night, but sweet wine and brisket eaten at 10:30 pm made for a restless night. I think I'll just have a bowl of leftover matzoball soup today.

We are OK after all the mayhem yesterday and our power is back on ( not so yet for thousands of folks in Eastern Ontario and Quebec though )

Coffee and lady physio aside, that doesn't sound like a fun day John, sorry you're sufferingAfter Podiatry treatment yesterday afternoon that had me silently screaming and left me limping, I kept expecting the lady practitioner to ask me "is it safe".
I then had pain managment physio with my new lady physiotherapist first thing this morning, which wasnt to bad at all, swoon
Then I had to go to another hospital for Trauma physiotherapy for my hand with another new physiotherapist.
He was obviously the brother of the podiatry lady as he kept hiting my hand and arm asking me if it hurt.
Well it wasnt to bad when we started mate but it is now (I asked him to stop) he didnt....yes its safe
Lucky for me both hospitals are close by.
The magic coffee in the hospital canteen turned out to be a very tasty Cortado

Many Happy Returns!Unexpected chocolate cake for lunch dessert (4 candles, the correct number was too many to fit a 10x14 inch cake) with chocolate frosting (whipped cream mixed in?) made it a good day.
Of course chocolate cake makes any day "good".![]()

I have a Barlow and a Schatt & Morgan single blade jack in the pockets today. The Russell Barlow was a find at an antique store and gifted to me be my son in law, good guy that one.View attachment 2143992
