Thank you very much. This is the one time per year that the brisket is cooked Jewish pot roast style instead of smoked. It was fantastic, and the hostess even sliced a small piece for me with the grain, just like Mom used to. There was better wine on the table, but I had to have the Manischevitz for the nostalgia.r8shell ~ Passover blessings to you and yours!
