Thanks for making me laugh folks. Just got home from another day of work. Have to drive 3 hours one way tomorrow, ughhhh. Anyways had this guy with me today riding solo to finish up a job.

Thanks Pete! Next check that I get that doesn't go all to bills and I am picking up an OPI 10 like you suggested :)

Sweet, you're getting good at this checkering Kevin :)
Especially impressive on this rounder surface...

Indeed he is :)

Thanks Kev, its a fun little guy to carry. The patina is even darker now and I love the carbon bolsters. The way the bolsters and wood age with the blade is whats so great about it I think. Would love to see GEC make this a regular addition to their line, I for one would love all my knives to be this way ;)

Thanks Silvan :)

The contours made it challenging but I was expecting even more of a challenge than it gave me. If I had more confidence from the get go I would have set it up more proper from the start. Either way, it was a fun way to pass part of a rainy day today :)

Kevin

Yeah man, I LOVE how the entire knife patinas and your working up a really fine looking one.

Thanks also on the chekering. Next time I am going to try tighter, fine checkering like you would find on 1911 grips :)
