What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Tyme fore a change of pocket carry cutlery. 🤔
GEC/Northfield UN-X-LD 828318 Dixie Stockman, in "Copperhead Jigged Bone" (perhaps "someday" I will save up the $$$ to have it dressed in Ebony ...)
Case 62131CV Canoe. (I wonder if the guy paddling the canoe is sick 'n tired of the (patina) fog and blowing his STORM® whistle every 30~45 seconds to avoid getting rammed ... of course blowing "the world's loudest emergency whistle" (per the manufacturer's allegation) won't help prevent running aground on a sandbar, or colliding with a clif or swimming moose or grizzly bear ... going over the waterfall ...

No change on belt carry (SAK Hercules anf Leatherman Charge+ TTI) or neck knife (Toferner Celtic Pocket/Neck knife) or Rollator carry, (Marbles MR592 Orange (and Black) G10 XL Scout knife, and Mora N°1; handle sanded to eliminate the (IMHO ugly) red paint)
Hope y'all have a great "weekend" 👍
Nice changeup!
👍🏼👍🏼
Not sure I would identify the Dixie as a rescale candidate … I like the “spiral” jigging!
😎

😍 on the Bark River.
Beautiful Mr P :)
I left the house screaming Mr.P. 😱
Then returned to admire your beautiful pairing.
You have certainly Upped The Bar today Mr. Primble Primble .

Harry

Thank you my friends ! 😍🤣

I found my way to the lake .... late this morning. I cleaned the boat up a bit ...... then fished for a couple hours.
First fish of the season was a nice one: ( that bright green fish gripper protects my hands for cleaning old knives up ) ;) 😊

I ground my own Hori Hori from a heavy, and extremely tough old mower blade. Hickory handles epoxied on a tang that’s almost 1/4” thick. I use it when I really should go get the garden fork or a spade, and the way I lean on it, a flimsy half tang would simply fold in half. Made for show/not for go?
Isn't there a rule,
No pictures it doesn't exist😳😄😊

Had these two in my pocket while slapping together the "World's Jankiest Potting Table"® out of wood from our scrap pile. While my wife proclaims that it is perfectly adequate and that it probably won't even fall apart before she's done using it for potting this season, I will not be posting pictures. Not because it is the sloppiest thing ever, no, no, but because I don't want any of the rest of you to feel like you'll never measure up - like you'll never be able to plonk together something quite so janky.
