Thanks Jeff! It’s definitely not hard to be proud of that one! Thanks, my friend
Love it when we find an easential function for our knives, which is just what SAKs excel at.
Don’t get me started on the battle against rodentia.
Thank you sir!
I can tell you put some work into getting it right.
And thanks!
Beautiful daughter!
And that’s literally a fine accomplishment.
When the time comes, one of mine will be seeing daily use. I work over my termater plants, and prune out the suckers below the first branch bearing flowers. I’ve got both, but usually use the one with the hawkbill pruning blade. Put the flat side against the stem, and the chisel ground side out, and give it a gentle pull, and done.
The straight blade Florist makes a good all purpose pocket knife.
Love that dark stag!
I agree that the Buck Forum Knife is possible the best user.
Even with that hole left in the well where the other blade should be.
Mr. Glen does great work!
The bone is fantastic.
Thanks, mi amigo!
Now my imagination is telling me that one of those v adjectives would have been “vivacious” if one was a Canoe!![]()
Thanks Paul! It was fun to be a gloating proud daddy for the evening. That white bone 93 is a stunner Harry. Glad you get it in the pocket from time to time. I am lucky enough to have the jigged bone 93 and think the covers on it are the best I have come across from GEC.
Congrats to your daughter, Jon!!!! Great pair for the day my friend
Hope you get the phone issue sorted, Ed. Love the pair you got today.
Those two pair nicely JeremyLooks like a great place, Jim, and quiet to boot.
Boring picture of two fantastic knives I’ve had with me pretty regularly.

Wow!
Looks like a nice spot.On Liberty today and had the whole dang beach to myself. Not another soul for over two hours.
West Beach, Lake Tholocco, Fort Novosol U.S. Army post. 15mins from my house.
Technically, the beach will officially open 20 May with a free hamburger, hot dog and stuff celebration.
Morale, welfare and rec have boats available to get out on the lake, campers available too. There's fishing, cabins and plethora of picnic areas along the shore and in the shade.
Nice, safe, non-public lake. Come on in ... the water's fine

Looks like a nice spot.
Please excuse my ignorance, opening on 20 May does this mean the beach will be manned & patrolled by life savers?
Our beaches here are patrolled by volunteer life saving clubs during the warmer months.
Thanks for shaing.
Very interesting.Yep Mitch. The beach rules are no swimming unless lifeguards are on duty.
There are 3 perch chairs stored just off the beach for the time being until 20 May.
I have no idea what the quals are for lifeguard duty but you can bet they are well regulated by/for the military.
I could look inside the adjacent beach facilities and see lifeguard equipment at the ready for service.
All that said, I could have gotten away with a dip today. Place was absolutely deserted with only very seldom traffic up on the road. And it was/is a gorgeous day, over eighty degrees mid day.
The lake is large enough to have had sanctioned drag boat races and pleasure power craft (mostly for fishing) are permitted. Not sure if skiing is allowed though.
The whole area takes up only a fraction of the vast Army post and the lake is entirely on post, available only to active duty, retired military and their guests. :SALUTE:
Dubs in fiveIt looks like it’s my Los Angeles Lakers versus your Golden State Warriors,sf fanatic . I know you’ll be watching, as will I. Enjoy, it’s going to be a great series
