I keep getting sooo tempted by the Indian River Jack. How do you find the forward cant of the blade? I've heard a few F&F issues too but yours looks mighty fine!

Got this "Menefee Made" Tear Drop Jack with me today. Rick made it for a few months back, It just
keeps getting better and better...

Thanks Sara! I just get lucky I guess...lol. There's some great makers that come on the forum. We're all extremely lucky to
see there work on a regular basis. I try and go for the old slipjoint look. I just can't stay away from the old knives..lol. Thanks again.

In addition to the Humback Whittler I mentioned earlier, I also carried this smaller one. It actually got some use cutting the packing tape on some cartons at work today, while the bigger knife kept my wallet company in the back pocket.

The cant feels right to me when in hand. It looked a bit odd at first. The knife seems out together well though the blade finish isn't up to GEC standards. The convexing of the blade may also play a part in the the finish.

A lazy rainy saturday morning until now... the Tuna Valley Swell Center Moose rides the frontpocket... what a tank ;) :D

A gorgeous sunny spring day (sorry Andi :p) and venturing to Manchester for the Fiesta del Fuego.

Thought I'd take the sheeple friendly Peanut along...

Congratz to the great day, my friend ;) I hope you have a great day in Manchester today - I gonna have some Leberspätzlesuppe in a couple of minutes :p

I hope you like the little Peanut, it´s actually pretty sheeple friendly.

Today I am carrying the rotten banana bone 66 jack. I really like this pattern. I hope GEC will produce some more of them.
