What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

That's a shame :( I've had the same, many times myself though, it's terrible trying to get information on the Ladybower flyover, even from the local tourist board. Last year, in Leeds, I learned that a Lancaster was going to be flying over the city centre. The RAF representatives told me what time it was expected, which gave me time to go back home and get my camera, but it flew over 45 minutes early, and I missed it :(

Sorry to hear you're still struggling :(

Many thanks Paul :)
Here are some ive taken at RIAT.

My first Buck 110 just arrived, and that's what I'll be toting today. They're currently offering them in S30V and nickel silver, which was a combo I couldn't resist.

Guess my favorite cover material? 🤔 😆

Boker Barlow, BF Bunny Knife, S&M #99, Case Sowbelly, GEC #86 Barlow, Buck 110. The Boker is grenadila, not ebony...but it looks a lot like ebony! ;)

Decided on a partial change up for the rest of the week(?)
Swapped in the Rough Rider RR1569 Black G-10 with Ti coated T-10 carbon steel blades.
(a former COLT offering, moved to the RR lineup in 2015, after Colt departed the cutlery market.)
The (boneless) ham "steak" at lunch didn't stand a chance. Was like cutting warm butter. 😁👍

The Colt CT609 Canoe from the same series remains in my pocket.

I’m not sure if this makes me bummed that GEC didn’t make that 86 in ebony, or happy that the red micarta came out like it did and made for so many awesome recovers!

Hello, everyone. Things have been hectic around here, and I haven't had the time or attention span to keep up with the daily threads. :( I did manage to get around to putting a fresh edge on the latest Centenarian to arrive at R8shell's Home for Old and Worn Out Knives. Just in time for Wooden Wednesday, it's sporting none-more-black old school ebony. :)👍
