Colonial/Imperial/Schrade Knife of the Week is an Imperial clip/pen toothpick (thanks, Dave). One of my grandfathers had a knife just like this about 65 years ago.

The little knife is a stange one.
It is a Franklin 250, most likely made by Schrade, for a company called Tracy& Wells. Pre-1939.

Your cool old jack combined with that wonderful Lambsfoot make a tasty combo; cool history you researched, too!
