Have a nice day :)

Sorry to be pedantic, or is it corndantic, but you slip the blade in lengthwise with the rows, then give a firm sideways twist. The kernels pop right out whole. The longer the blade, the faster it goes.

And to be honest, a table knife is about the best. Bonus for not cutting yourself if you hurry🫣
Before or after boiling? I will absolutely give that a try next time, thanks! 🌽

Is it the weekend yet?

I never heard of that either. Even America's Test Kitchen scrapes longitudinally.

It works raw or cooked, but if it’s cooked, I use my teeth😁

This is how I remove kernels for freezing. The entire kernel comes out instead of leaving part stuck in the cob.

Miscellaneous Knife of the Week is a Barlow celebrating Don Diego, a childhood hero with a thrilling theme song.

Lambsfoot of the Week is a stag senator I won in a GAW, the first lambsfoot I ever had:

Armando Joseph Catalano was Guy Williams's real name. I just looked him up to make sure I had the right Guy.

I'm looking like I have a lot of time on my hands.

I "think" the "Smooth Tobacco Bone" looks more like smooth "Appolusa" bone ... 🤔🙄
I used this sunfish back in 2016 to carve/whittle the inletting for a lock in a seasoned Oak slab for a sliding tray in the sleeper of the expedited box truck I drove.
it did not need sharpening or even stropping after I was finished. (I dry stropped it anyway.)
I stropped it again just before dropping it into my pocket.
It has been introduced to a stone once, the day I received it, when I thinned the edge and reprofiled to 10DPS/20 degrees inclusive.

Have a great "weekend", Y'All!!😁👍
