We're leaving in a short while to take Cindy to the dentist to get her teeth cleaned and then on to the Wagon Wheel Cafe for breakfast followed by a trip to the Holiday Market. It's very cold here this morning - 36º. Cindy had to cover her plants with sheets last night. This Sod Buster Jr. along with Bunny #525 will be my carry today.

///sigh\\\ I suppose I'll "never" figure out the popularity if I don't actually carry one.
Guess I will put up the RR1287 "Half Hawk"/Loom Fixer for a RR1743 ("large") "Work Knife"/"Sodbuster"/"Hippekniep" clasp knife.

Fore the hechovit I'll swap in a RR1740 "XL" (4.25" closed) Stockman for the RR603 "XL" Stockman (same size but has 440A blades) so to have matching shields and the same T10 carbon steel blades.

(edited for better pic of the work knife/sodbuster/Hinnekniep clasp knife.)

Good morning all, more wildfires and smoke down here in the pine barrens!
The smoke is from your carry today Bob. 😉
Mornin’, FC! You are quite right, actually.
This old Scout Knife came up in what used to be part of the front lawn, right where my pole beans are now.
G'dAfternoon to you Jeff! I knew I was right, that's why I said that 🤥
I'm gonna have to go down the TL-29 modding and tinkering route, been wanting to fiddle but I don't want to mess with any GEC or other high quality knives to start with. The entry price of a serviceable TL is within what I can tolerate losing if I bungle it too bad. Or, could you grow me some? Got a TL patch going yet?

Guess I need a picture of some knives, here you go. No time time to clean them, or the bird droppings on my table.

Thanks....🤣... but seriously folks, that's a damn fine combo FC.

Thank you Bob. Stay under par, and keep those winnings flowing into the knife fund (so we can ogle your goodies) :)
