Just shows how fantastic Micarta can look and yet so tough. Beautiful proportions to that Swayback, excellent knife

Arrived yesterday after 10 days lolling in customs due to Posti incompetence / idleness, but well worth the wait :) Camelbone Lamb Foot by Ashley Harrison at Wright. F & F excellent, the only issue is a really titanic pull but it's being flushed and worked and shows some improvement but still sticky. Probably polishing compound as natural Camelbone needs shining and it shows some polish in the pores.

Thanks go to sf fanatic sf fanatic for making this happen and in memory of Harvey cigarrodog cigarrodog whose death last month left the forum impoverished.

Thank you very kindly, Jack!!! I agree :)

Your two beauties are fine examples of the top shelf slicers of the present and from the past; a wonderful Friday pairing!:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I was toting some surf and turf today. :)
Many thanks my friend, those two outstanding knives make for a terrific combination

Thanks Ed! They have indeed. I only wish my neighbor directly across the street hadn’t recently painted his house a hideous yellow. When he asked me how I liked the color I told him that I sure hope that it was the primer. He’s a nice guy but not the brightest bulb on the tree. My response went right over his head. 🤮

Maybe he loves it, and wasn’t expecting your answer.
But why would he ask? It’s not as if he’s going to change it for you.
