I went to a free music festival in the countryside, going back for day 2 soon.

Some brilliant bands and lots of people I know.

The kids where more rock and roll than some of the adults.

This band are loud and very very entertaining, the guitarist is absolutely phenomenal as is the drummer heck they are all good.

As I went on my bike I only took my regular SAK what with security and kids around I kept it low key.

The only thing I used it for was making a cup of tea as I didnt have a spoon.

"Im a street walking cheetah with a heart full of napalm
I'm a runaway son of the nuclear A-bomb."

I love the search and destroy quote Johnnythefox Johnnythefox , Looks like fun for all and can't go wrong with a SAK Soldier. I always admire your travels and adventures.

Good for you my friend, that looks like a great set-up :) Cool leather-work too, and two very fine knives of course :)
Thank you very much, Jack!!! It's my first slingshot in 50+ years, my last one was a "wrist rocket" that I was summarily relieved of! 😲;):thumbsup:

Thanks, I know what you mean, my Dad used to be a mechanic and I grew up helping him work on things. 20 years ago we both worked out of the same shop on 18 wheel coal trucks, dirty work for sure! I'm very thankful for what I learned from him, for one doing the work myself I save allot of money. I seem to be following in his footsteps as he worked as a truck mechanic he'd do wood working and carpentry on the side, eventually moving fully in to remodeling work. Now I do carpentry and remodeling work as well, again starting with skills he taught me. Guess I never was cut out for the office or factory work.View attachment 2270070
Edit to add knife content, this humble little sodbuster helped again today scraping away silicone sealant from the intake manifold. This one will be renamed "Greasebuster Jr."
That sounds like a good upbringing David, those are priceless skills my friend :)
