I haven’t had the urge NOT to use my GECs, as limited as they are.
Frome the patinas, I’d say cutting apples for your dog qualifies as “Users”!

I’ve found using the limited ones are more fun Iris always enjoys a good apple and there’s no better knife for the task than a GEC

Got these two beautiful knives with me. I love the varying differences in giraffe bone. I think it’s time to add a mammoth bone to my collection of Northwoods though I’m always tempted to keep trying for giraffe

Tiger bread,proper Gorgonzola from the Sicilian deli,Scottish petticoat tail shortbread and a mug of builders tea.

Mix together and sit outside in a rare burst of sunshine and enjoy.

The internet has been down again today. Just came back about thirty minutes ago. Anyway, still carrying a Bull Nose today - just switched up to one with black delrin covers. Been to town and back again. Burger cut up to bite size chewable/gumable sizes and fries for lunch.
