Very cool Those Wireless Knives knives were made for decades in Sheffield. I bet, if they still exist, the dies are the best part of a hundred years old. My dad was a radio operator in the RA. He never mentioned being issued with a knife, but he wasn't really a knife guy (he carried one, but it wasn't something he had an interest in). I have an Ibberson, but there's barely anything left of the blade, must have broken I guess

We’re having a great time so far!

I'm missing the "Port-a-Potty" at your neighbors newly stuccoed house across the street from you Dan @sf fanatic . I guess they've got their plumbing up and going. Too bad. I've been thinking that that would have made a great get away spot when someone needed privacy.

When we had work done on our house, the contractor asked if it was alright if they used our bathroom or if we wanted him to order a port-a-potty. I couldn’t imagine telling him he couldn’t use our toilet plus I didn’t want a port-a-potty in the driveway. So, that porta-potty may have just been for the workers to use, not from a lack of plumbing.

Don't forget the curry. Curried Gull (and Pigeon) are yummy.
