What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Per Amir Fleschwund 's request to show an update on my latest Walking Stick project . Knife content is Taylors Eye Witness and 2019 Forums knife .
Had to cut off the end that I had started on to inlay the Hames knob to . It just was not working out . See the cut-off piece . Now have the Hames knob mounted .

Used both knives , but used the TEW the most because it was more comfortable in the hand probably because of the extra width of the handle . The wood is pretty hard and had to sharpen the blades on a semi regular basis .
Next will be mount a ferrule and to secure the loose ends of the vine that is still wrapped around , and subsequently grown around , to the stick .

Now that sent me on another google search. I wouldn’t mind getting a hand powered grinder. Even though the Oster Cafe Mill my wife gave me 40+ years ago still works like a champ. Just thinking about making coffee during a power outage!

They make the proprietary bean for the 7-Eleven stores, so if you like their coffee, that’s what you’re drinking.
