Sounds like ole' "Patch" and I have a lot in common.Carrying "Patch" the slammed in the truck door, shield fell out of, cover chipped and cracked, repaired with J-B Weld, Case Sod Buster Jr. and a modern knife that can't be shown here. We normally go to town on Tuesdays but just don't feel like it today so, we'll wait until Thursday when Cindy has a check-up scheduled with our doctor. Sausage and pancakes for breakfast.

@RLB0414 sent a care packege that arrived yesterday. Totally undeserved, but highly appreciated. He’d messaged about the big Schrade 225H Folding Hunter, but also surprised me with one of the models of Schrade Trappers that I’d always regretted not seeking out. Thanks a million, Rick!
The note you sent is also greatly appreciated, amigo.

That swayback Lamb looks absolutely outstanding, looking at it just makes me want to make one, wonderful knife and blade profile. what does it look like open, a spearpoint?
