Beautiful Wharncliffe! What kind of work did you have done to it?

-Greg

Thanks. I asked if they could reduce or eliminate the lateral blade play. There was also a small bit of vertical play but that's true of many lockbacks. I'm happy to report there is now no play in either direction now and it feels extremely solid.

Beautiful pix, PN! How's the fit and finish on that Cattle King? When was it made?

-Greg

Thanks. Fit and finish are pretty good to my eyeballs. I got it in 2011. The only minor quibble is that when the blades are closed, the exposed tangs are very sharp, and I knocked the edges off of them just barely with a file. I haven't carried this one much because its so dang big, but it sure is fun to fondle.

That's a beauty, Jason!

Really smart pics powernoodle.

I liberated my Victorinox Safari Solo back from the missus last night, and have paired it up with the Aitor Castor Pequena today.

Have a good day folks.
