What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Jeff, it is 5-1/4". Standing upright in hip pocket of wrangler jeans it barely fits without peeking out. I need a sheath for it but have not located one. Have not looked much though
Ezxacty what my Wenger is ~ 5 1/4”.
I have a couple of holsters that fit, but often just carry in my front pocket.
The leather thong hanging out helps it stand upright.F44E8426-B5FD-4EA4-9CEB-594FBFB91119.jpeg

Thanks Jack and thanks for sharing your creation.
Thank you Bob :)
I'd love to see the articles, Jack. I'd love to see any of the knives too. Talk about a grail!

Thanks!
For working around the house today, I've got the C.K. Italy you gave me. Such a handy worker. 👍

Thanks Rachel, I only have photocopies of some of them I think. I know ROUGHLY where they are, but I have a heck of a lot of paperwork  When I have a bit more time, I'll try to find them out. I put a lot of work into that night, not least into the specialist HT, but it has some bad memories attached too I'm afraid :( I do have these scans I think I've posted before, and one of my old guarantee cards I came across a couple of years back. I have a T-shirt somewhere too! :D I'm glad you like that old Carl Kammerling so much, its twin is certainly my favourite Pruner :)

Hope you are having a less busy day buddy !
Thanks a lot Steve :) Taking me all my time to try and stay on top of things here at the moment, I feel like I've missed a day somehow! ;)
Another beautiful but chilly start to the day in the City by the Bay! Went and saw my oral surgeon and scheduled to have some teeth removed AFTER thanksgiving! Once I’m healed up my dentist will make me a partial. Nothing special on the agenda for today. Keeping me company with a nod to Wooden Wednesday two ebony beauties. 😃

My friend in the church band asked me to get his Epiphone Special set up right. I’m thinking I’ll have to get out my set of nut files, and get the string grooves properly cut and polished.
I love working on guitars, but working on someone else’s not as much. Always afraid of goofing something up. Even if it’s not a particulary valuable vintage instrument, it still belongs to someone else.View attachment 2384720

How do those P90's in that Epi sound? I just rebuilt an Agile PS900 and put a set of Guitar Madness clones of Gibson P94's ALINCO 2 magnets not the ones with ceramic magnets and it sounds great, Bourne pots, Switchcraft switch Gavitt wire TUSQ XL nut Grover locking tuners.

Generally, not a fan of the Gunstock pattern, given or traded all mine away. However, the Modital effect is very alluring and like the look of that one a lot. Having titanium , it won't be some boat anchor in the pocket either I suspect ;)
The gunstock has never been my favorite either. I do like Queen's gunstock and occasionally pocket one. The Fox is larger framed than the Queen, and almost as thick. Despite that, it is noticeably lighter and seems to carry well. I haven't had this one very long, but I like it pretty well so far. Great blade steel and titanium is always cool
Some quick pics comparing it to a Colonel Coon labeled Queen:
