What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

When I saw this 2010 Northfield Mini Lockback Hunter here on Blade Forums it was love at first sight. I thought it was the most beautiful knife I'd ever seen! With a 3.12" clip point blade, lockback, made by GEC and that red stag... WoW, it just had to be the "perfect pocket knife" for my needs. Never thought I'd own one yet only a couple years later I found this one and it's been an excellent companion ever since. 😎 Do you believe in love at first sight? Is it possible that some things were just meant to be? Is Blade Forum an enabler? 🤔

Ya'll have a great day and I hope each and everyone of you finds his or her grail knife. Happy hunting! :)
Cool message RS and a truly amazing knife! And yes, we do enable each other on the forum LOL

I almost never carry redundant blades.

The older one was made by Camillus, and Schrade did the other two.
And here’s what hapoens when you drop your bone scaled pocket knife onto an unforgiving hard surface. It can crack. And pieces might eventually fall off and get lost.

But with the homely but indestructible Dupont Delrin®️, it will not break when you drop it! When ~ not if…
But because Schrade got lazy and just glued in the “Craftsman” shield instead if pinning it as they should have, the shield can pop off and get lost.

Have a great day, my friends. I am vacuuming and steam cleaning the carpets because we are having a bunch of family over Thursday, so I can’t go outside and work in my garden. 😣
