For such a simple knife, the k55k really is nice. I happen to have its twin in my pocket right now.

The Viper is a great knife. It is one of the patterns
that sucked me into collecting. GEC has been using some incredible Ebony lately, very dark and buttery.

Got home from running around with my wife and dogs to find my messer had arrived from Hungary (it wasn't supposed to get here until Monday.) The two Barlows were in my pockets.

I've wondered if I wanted a copperlock, and now I know, I did. Beautiful lockup on it.
I've put a couple of scratches on it, cutting back some ivy that had crawled under my garage's people door. (I rarely use that door except to haul out and put away the bird baths.)

I would have loved to be able to snag an ebony Viper but they were unavailable in France. By the time you get the mail from the dealers, stocks are already sold out by the time you get to the online store.
