Thanks for the size comparison AV.

How'd you find the handle material on the Pallares?

I appears to be convexed ground, is this how it came to you?

Smithhammer - ANOTHER wonderful image. Bravo.

Going with a Case 63032 Medium Stockman in Chestnut Bone CV. Just felt like having 3 blades today.

The handle is cheap, really cheap. That was my first impression. After a closer look and the removal of some grates I find it comfortable and in tune with the knife and the price. As you can see there is no real tip it seems to have snapped this is very easy to fix tho.
Yes it came convex and razor sharp I love the bladeshape and the size. It is very lightweight, lighter than my gf's Opinel 6. The blade is really thin and slices extremely well. For the price it is great value but Opinels have better f&f.

So far it seems perfect for the kitchen.

Peanut and a Wenger Soldier were with me today... :)

Not the Folding Hunter... the two knives were put on the 2013s Case Catalogue - somehow I like the image.
