Reckon so JerSeems to me a lot of cutlers' ads put pocket knives way down the list. They weren't idiots, so maybe the list is in order of descending volume of sales, and normal people bought more table knives and scissors than pocket knives.
You picked a fine pair to assist you in that task BobInstead of watching the paint dry, I will watch the snow melt.
One for cleaning, one for cutting.

Thanks JeffI knew you’d appreciate them, Jack! Thanks.
Smashing pair there DanAnother cloudy start to the day here in the City by the Bay! At least it’s not raining but tomorrow is a different story. No major plans for today. Going to see the optometrist tomorrow to get my eyes checked and I’m pretty sure I will need glasses but we’ll see. Keeping me company today the usual lamb and Lil Ike. Have a great day folks!

Sweet pair
That time has flown Tom!I think I have been absent since sometime in 2021. Just life and stuff got busy. I’ve been having a lot of fun catching up on old posts though, especially following stories here in the Traditional forum that play out over a couple of pages. Beautiful carries today Jack, especially enjoying those two fantastic shields!
Holy cow Mr. P!![]()
These for me today. And a question: I have a “like” button, can someone direct me to the “love” button I can’t seem to find on my own? “Like” just doesn’t quite go far enough for many of knives I am seeing.

Posh shed sounds goods John!In my workshop today (OK its a posh shed) do do a few small jobs.
Fixed my spacepen (a true classic), as you can see I have a lot of glues and potions.
I tried this precision superglue for the first time,I didnt realise you squeezed the sides to get the glue out.
Picked it up by the sides glue went everywhere and all over my hands I had to wait 10 mins fingers splayed so I didnt get stuck.
Smoothed of the end of the knife Jack sent me so when I add a lanyard it doesent fray.
Used my newst SAK with a file,a great workshop tool with scissors etc.
Then put 2 good coats of Danish oil on the handle, followed by leather treatment on the pouch.
The lid always gets stuck on the tin so time to try out my lates knipex pliers the smallest ones, they open wide and are a good tool to carry with you.
When dried I tried the spine with my home made Fire steel, its perfect massive sparks.
I just like pottering in my shed with my motorbike along side.
