What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

View attachment 2479131recieved this incredible gift today,it was a gift from Jeff/amir ,after seeing his countless pictures of electricians knives i asked if he knew where I could buy one, that I was looking for one to give to my wife's son who is an electrician and and a collector of all things old, Jeff told me he had a few but none for sale but added I will gift you one,so true to his word here it is today resting on soft seal skin.and the crazy part about this is he had to mail it twice, having paying postage twice, landing today of all things on the wife's son's birthday. Crazy man crazy.
You received a fine example. 👌Gracious of Jeff, and in turn, you for your thoughtfulness.

Carrying my Nessmi and Halfrich Small Rounder. All our snow is pretty much gone. The weather guesser is forecasting a little snow this afternoon.

I'm seeking some information and I'm hoping some in this group can provide some assitance. I have some GEC posters that are signed (by Christine Tucker) and numbered. I'm trying to determine how many of each poster was signed. The signed posters include (but may not be limited to) the Tidioute Cutlery poster, the Christmas poster, the Halloween posters, the Easter poster. I have not checked my Great Eastern Cutlery squirrel poster or my Northfield UN-X-LD poster yet to see if they are signed. I contacted the factory and they could not provide the totals and Mrs. Tucker does not recall how many she signed and what posters she signed. Some of these posters date back to 2008. This may take some time but it would be nice see if we can get a close estimate as to how many of each poster was signed. Thank you.

Ya might get more info in the "Let's Talk GEC" thread.

Great looking knives, and love the herd of turtles (realizing I don’t actually know the collective noun for a group of turtles. Herd? Pack?)

Thank you, the older one is a Tenk Hardware (1865-1925). A group of turtles is commonly known as a bale.

Two beauties!

Posting a little later in the day as it is mid-60’s outside, have been soaking up the weather :).
