What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

About 7 or 8 miles to the east, is the historic old square of Woodstock, the movie location where Bill Murray experienced recurring Deja Vu while hoping to see if a fat rodent would awaken from hibernation and see his shadow.
At my place, we trust in the wisdom of Rubber Ducky emerging from under his stump. No shadow!0220B60E-9DF9-4CE4-9FFB-90F1B1F5154E.jpeg24678E7D-FF52-470B-9BDD-7E28A7715724.jpeg

Left early for the lab to have a couple blood draws and carried the C-B Eureka. What a gorgeous little companion!

No argument with your choice of carry Jeff.
Hope results are positive.

Locking Knife of the Week is a Joker horn lockback:

By weird coincidence of my rotation schedule, International Knife of the week is a very similar Joker horn knife, but with no lock. I really like the coloring of the horn on both of these (I'd give a slight edge to the second knife)!

We've got some banking to do in town today and then it'll be clam chowder at the Wagon Wheel Cafe followed by grocery shopping at the Holiday Market. Still no rain so I guess you could call it a dry run. I'll be totin my new Case single-blade Sowbelly dressed in it's G-10 Carhartt Jacket.

"I have one job on this lousy ship. It's stupid but I'm going to do it!"

In all seriousness, I did. Broken blades are great for scoring paper and other such small tasks. I think I'll carry this old Boker tomorrow:

Man I haven't seen that movie in ages. I think you have just given me and idea for a weekend movie.

Oh man, that went woosh, right over my head. I thought, wow that's neat, it looks kind of like a coping blade, I bet it could be turned into one. I should have known since you are a craftsperson that you would have already done that.

Anywho, neat knife!

I am currently carrying a Case
Item #22825 - (6375 SS)
LARGE STOCKMAN CRIMSON PEACH SEED JIG BONE in a Case trapper belt sheath. The trapper sheath is the perfect size for the large stockman. I also carry a Case
Item #22779 - (6333 SS)
GREEN KENTUCKY BLUEGRASS BONE SMALL STOCKMAN in the front pocket for small stuff and fingernails.
How do you like that Green Kentucky Bluegrass small stockman of you don't mind me asking?
