I had no clue you were a NASCAR fan!! Many years ago, when I lived with my uncle, we (he made me) tracked Dale Earnhardt religiously. That could explain why I still find myself going in circles??

Anyway... Who IS your favorite driver? I met Ty Gibbs a couple of months ago. He's a cool kid!

Yeah, I like it (though not as much as I love dirt racing). My son is a huge NASCAR fan so I try to keep up on it as best I can. As a dirt racing fan I really like Larson, but I keep tabs on the other drivers with a dirt background (Bowman and Briscoe are the two that do the most still, though Bowman probably won’t for a while after what happened last year), Stenhouse, and Bell. Chastain and Hocevar has also wheeled a dirt car but they are relatively new to it. Interesting…I only know of Gibbs what I’ve seen on the track and from that I can’t say I’m a fan.

Otherwise it was a horrible,horrible, wet, damp in the air,dark,grey English day today.

If I was one of those people landing on our beaches in a dingy looking for the promised land, I would have got back on and gone back home again feeling cheated.

We joke about it,but these are not pleasent days,cold and snow is better.

On the way home I took the scenic route,the roads where flooded as where all the surrounding fields,its going to be a bad year for our farmers struggling all ready (I feel for them).

Sill I had a nice Cortado and a warm croissant and the girl even gave me butter for free,a small win.

Based on US standards, "the works" must add 500 calories MINIMUM and significantly increase the chance of staining your favorite shirt.

In Germany a proper Bratwurst is served with just senf on the side and a small piece of dry (ish) bread also on the side.

It doesn't look too terribly off, but not quite entirely on either? Personally, I take mine with just mustard and sauerkraut.

Due to political, social, and economic upheaval in their country, Miami has seen a massive influx of Venezuelan immigrants over the past decade or so. As a proud hotdog-scarfing American, I can admit that Venezuelans simply do it better. These people do not play around when it comes to hotdogs, like I'm talking you can't even see the hot dog itself by the time they're through with it. If you ever get the opportunity to eat a hot dog prepared by a Venezuelan, DO NOT MISS IT! Yes, it will ruin other hot dogs for you, chili dogs included, but oh so worth it!

They laugh at American hot dogs. They ask where the toppings are. I don't know what to tell them and just hope they feel like sharing!
