After getting a wonderful Redbone CASE XX 47 in a trade, this is my long-term target in Chestnut Bone and your example really has quality jigging right to the bolsterGood Thursday to you. Case does some fine jigging.

What do you call that, half-congress? Great jigged bone.
Speaking of nice jigged bone…I*XL Lamb and an Ulster Jack

Yes. Even one necessary piece of work requiring a knife automatically means the knife was a wise decision.![]()
'Tis a very fine three blade Thursday here in KC. In love with this 29 I picked up , I've already beat on it harder than any other GEC I've owned. For drilling holes this is the BEST awl I have used in any format including full-size dedicated tools. Second belt hole I've done, so obviously my expenditure is justified. I told the wife that and she got out the 20$ rotary leather hole punch she apparently had in a drawer
Make today great again Porchsters!
Love love that 92 Jon, the bone + jigging are spot on. "Poor man's" may not be the right phrase though? Market for a 2019 GEC + cost of bone recover, might get you pretty close to the cost of the real C/B. Of course, you need both anyways
@Rufus1949 Smart carry Bob! Can you fill me in on the species of burl on your swayback?
Don’t tell the Wharnie folks, but this mini trapper just looks right that way.
Well, “bi-polar diet” requires the bi-polar scales Jack.![]()
I like to eat a lot of treats to cheer me up for all the stuff I give up for Lent.
Hope it serves you well.I've never been a huge fan of 3 bladed knives, but I couldn't stop looking at the 32 square medium stockman. I finally broke down and bought one. It hasn't left my side all week.

Keep your head down, and phone charged, right?A strong storm came through last night. Really strong windThunderous pounding rain. I was quite surprised I didn't have any branches down. Normally after a blow like that I spend the next morning picking up debris. Lost my power at 5:45. Came back on at 9:45.
Thunder rolling through as I type.
AG Russell lockback barlow. Frog approved

I have a vision of you. In your chair after supper, towel across your lap (instead of a phone), whittling a wooden chain.
Well, three generations of your females being gone, keeping the kitchen clean should be easy for a bachelor. My wife, daughter, and grand girl have been out of town, in NYC for spring break/girls trip.... so I've been going stag this week, in more ways than one... the 74, and the swayback jack....
