The way it b looking as of 11:29 MDST ... "unlikely" .... b'ing as I "alergic" to and greatly dislike "ow".
3rd consecutive time the pharma has not refilled my ligitimate anti-ow medication prescription before I ran out.
(refill was ordered last week, before I ran out.)
If (as seens likely and/or probable) they don't delver today, it will be no sooner than Monday b4 I get any releif.

Oh well ... I guess a old retired useless wourthless thing like i deserves nothing else. At least they r filling the blood pressure and anti-high cholesteral meds. They must like seeing it suffer.

The hollow bolster Imperial Bicentenial I've been toting may be having issues with the cover tape on the pile side.

don't want to carry a stainless stockman again quite yet.

Back to one ("large") CS stockman for carry. Oh well ... at least it a nice one.

Going out of the country for the next week. Bringing this knife with me as my only traditional. I don't know the history of this particular knife but I like the idea that it might be leaving the states with me for the first time in a long time. Have a good week everyone.

It’s a rainy day in Texas today. It’s also a melancholy day. Today we learned we have to put my resilient dog, Shasta, down. So, to honor her I will share some photos and memories with y’all today instead of knife photos. She is 13 and lived her life outside. She was never frightened by anything (except water ) and always chased the deer and squirrels away from our gardens and flowers. She was sweet and lovable, but ferocious. One time I awoke in the night to barking and I found she had cornered a cat against the wall of the house. She wasted no time in defending the house from such a dangerous invader. This ensuring scuffle not end well for the cat, which I removed from the yard the next morning. She is and always will be my grilling buddy and I will miss seeing her in the front yard eagerly awaiting my arrival as I pull in the driveway. Thank you for listening to my ramblings and go spend time with your furry friends on this Friday.

("only" a full week after they should have been delivered.)
At least this time I was "only" out 1.5 days. Last month I was out for nine days.
shame I can't collect for stress, pain and suffering, from the Pharma.
If I could they might not skip or postpone any deliveries again.

The weekend is looking better ...
still boring as watching paint dry, or weeds sprouting in the sidewalk cracks (and gravel parking lots) perhaps ... but better.

No they don't let me out much, actually bought on regrEtsy from the Amish down there. Still, I like to keep it as local as possible and usually after you contact a craftsman you can go around the platform and their fees the next time . Besides Missouri, Water Buffalo leather was a bonus, as I am unaccountably hard on belts. How's that rib feeling - or is it too soon to ask?
