Great trapper David. You and Paul have me worried with all these speys!!
Nice. Boost yer morale with morels.
Nice trio of cutlery Jeff. Some nice looking lumber on your drying rack. I miss the smell of raw wood being worked.![]()
Nice little Grohmann Jack from north of the border. Thank you, Robert ~@Oldy!
And Wenger Handyman along with Paul’s pocket carry fixed blade. Quicker to pull out to use than a modern flipper.
Like a lot of you’ve been talking about, it’s raining here, too. Good. Saturate my garden beds.
Snow that’s coming is just the time release version.
Have a fine day, rain or not![]()

Thank you! I have not looked into that yet but I’m intrigued by it for sure. Any tips on good reading or where to start looking for information? I only discovered morels a few years ago when we found some growing along the driveway of all places. Unfortunately I didn’t find any last year, which sort of stunted my interest in it.Nice. Boost yer morale with morels.
You ever dug into the library or internet about foraging for wild food?
There’s so many superfoods out there it’s amazing. A couple of plants in my garden that I’d been pulling for years turned out to be more nutricious that what I was trying to grow. Don’t taste as good as morels, though.
