What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Just when I was going to congratulate him for it being critter free
But isn't critter (and/or monster, fae, demon, angel, ailens, and __) free, a tad on the boring side? 🤔

The Maple Burl on my SARGE BSA Barlow don't have any residents. 😲☹️🥺
it b kinda boring to view ... ☹️ I saw unoccupied burl is considerably much more budget friendly. Perhaps that is one reason Sarge used it ... that and not to give the scouts Knight Mares ...🤔

Wow some history there, for some reason I thought it was Scotland (no idea why). 😁
No, far from Scotland. I was in the same area again yesterday. Lots of windmills, but it’s not the Netherlands either 😁

I had this old Case with me.

Carrying the fixed blade from @ephsea today. Gonna let it ride in the RFP and see how it does. I trimmed off the belt loop to allow for pocket carry, added a lanyard and bead (which F.C. also gave me!). I’m ready to roll!

Looks like some nice vintage Micarta on that bead. Very cool.

Worked from home today. Gave me a chance to pocket this single spring Wharncliffe Mini Copperhead. Small as it is, it still too large to carry legally at work.

I used my Lowes uniform issue nobbled box cutter to cut a bit of strapping yesterday. That thing is so safe, it's almost dangerous.
I sure feel naked and helpless every time I check my pockets at work.

My mini copperhead is shocking blue, like a goddess on a mountaintop.
