I went for 4 days. Not too shabby! I could get really spoiled camping like that.

That van is just plain cool.

My buddy built that rig…he did everything but the lift kit and the 4wd conversion. He let me take it out for a spin and I had a blast.

It's a Richards I found at a local convenience store, of all places.
Someone had brought in a bunch of old Richards slip-joints, so they had them for sale...and I bought all of them.

The tip and the edge near the tip on this one was really wrecked, so I reground a new tip for it.
Pretty sure it is celluloid scales on it.

Made in England.

I’ll just use the tip of my knife to loosen this screw…

Which knife makes a better slide?

The Camillus made Sears. Except for the final few million TL-29s right before the end, Camillus ground and polished the backs. As far as I know, which aint all that far.
