What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I haven't toted my Catt Cocobolo Jack for a good while, so I'll tote that in my pocket today and the old Case Granddaddy in my belt sheath for Wednesday. 😊

Your Catt cleans up well when going out on a date with you Mr.P.😁

Just back from the Doctors it seems I am suffering from RKS (Repetitive Knife Syndrome) anyone else suffer with it, is there a cure?
There IS a rather ... "unpleasant" (possibly worse than the "disease") ... "cure" for RKS:
A severe case of Lackabucks ("LAB"), which, unfortunitaly is itself incurable after one reaches a certain age known as "retirement".
"LAB" prevents or at least significantly slows the acquisition of new (and used) knifes to the herd. 🤔🤨☹️🥺
When one is retired...everyday is a holiday
True.
Unfortunitaly, most, if not all holidays are expensive endevors ... especially if/when one is wedded and/or one has "grandchildren" and/or "great grandchildren" to get "presents" (including candy) for.
"Trick Or Treat" holiday is especially hard on the budget if/when there is a large abundance of pre-18's in the neighborhood who get dressed up for, and participate in that "holiday". 🤨☹️

I will admit I was ... nieve ... about "retirement" being filled with nothing but days of fishing, hunting, and camping.
The primary reason I chose Idaho to retire in ... much more than just whitetail deer for big game hunting & concurrent camping expeditions...

Since retiring seven years ago I ain't been fishing/hunting/camping once. 🥺

Had I known retirement would be like this I'da picked somewhere with warmer winters ... 🤨
S'not that I ever expected to still be on the census after reaching age 53 (+/- 2) anyway ... so I guess I "can't" complain ... 😊🙄

It’s going to be a beautiful day here in the City by the Bay! Not much on the agenda for today. Have a video conference with my rheumatologist later this morning discuss the new medication she has me on. Keeping me company the usual lamb and SAK executive which I’ve been using daily to peel oranges. Have a great day folks! 😀

I reckon that's why so many retirees around here tend to migrate south ............. the "Golden Years" ain't quite at golden as some made it out to be. I'm not complaining today ........ but, might be tomorrow. ;)🤣🦖

Back to knives ........... I've been noticing you've been acquiring some nice folders lately.😍

Continuing the Sowbelly theme, it's the Ebony single blade Sowbelly again today. We'll be busy from now on out. Cindy's sister-in-law that lives just up the road from us was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer yesterday. Stage One but stilllll it's gonna be a beotch traveling down that road. Cindy and I will be busy for sure.

I’ll bet the orange peeler blade is better that a bunch of pulp stuck under your nails.
