I’m very proud that she enjoys it. It’s great to spend time with her, the kind that is ours and not shared. I get selfish like that. Thank you for sharing!Awesome way to spend quality time with your daughter. It is good to read about youngsters, especially young ladies, getting into shooting.
I have one of its sisters ... or brothers? As best as I can date it, this fella is at least twice my age…

Almost looks like Damascus blades. BEAUTIFUL!I love the patina on this little old gem. It’s stormy in Ky today. Still doing interviews and working in the Restaurant. Stay Sharp!!!

Thanks Patrick. I've been honestly working on my prejudice, and you've helped. I've narrowed it down specifically to an aversion to a curve on the clipped portion of the spine. This knife avoids that and sports a ton of blade length for it's low pocket weight. The secondary's great as well, that's a favorite shield of mine, and as you mention paper micarta is my jam. Already sharpened with a patina going, great minds knife alikeLooks great F.C.! I hope your aversion to clip blades doesn't stop you from enjoying this one. It's a great pattern and I know you like ESPL. Glad I could help.![]()
Hey at least the knife and photographer are excellent. We're glad you're here and not still living in the back of a van in the woods Jon, even if you're not. This picture is dedicated to the principle of participation over photography excellence.

Perhaps the most practical pair I could put together for Tidi Tuesday. Make a great one folks!
Maybe you should've saved those for wooden Wednesday
That Le Sabot looks like the French version of a SAK. I really like that model, it looks super useful2 with me on my bike ride today. It ended up raining on me, it feels good to be home in dry clothes.
