Sumptuous stag knives, gents! :thumbsup::thumbsup::cool:

5K Qs 5K Qs I just read through the AAPK thread again and that is still current information (as far as I know). Knifeaholic on AAPK posts here as @cilohaefink on Blade Forums. I haven’t seen him post in awhile. OH
Thanks for the confirmation, Bruce, and thanks for the BF "backwards" username. :thumbsup::)

FrankenScientist for poker this evening. Sometimes a new quarter pops up and the magnifying glass comes in handy for reading the fine print 🧐

I agree, the Charlie Lambs are special.

Thanks for the challenge Gary.👌
You're welcome, Bob. :)
Your response was a tour de force! :thumbsup::cool::cool:

Quality Queen scout, Tom! :cool::thumbsup::cool:

Commendable commemoratives, José! :cool::thumbsup::thumbsup:
Are those 2 separate knives, or 2 sides of the same knife?

I should look so good at 110-180 years old.
You seem to be finding some rare vintage knives lately! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:

In homage to @Primble Had to get my CASE Sodbuster out too 🐈

Superior Sodbuster Jr., Will! :cool::cool::thumbsup:

...

Thank you my friend ......... it is very similar to bone stag, but, the dye is different and deeper jigging were my observations. I think they made around five models with the black shield and then some more vintage bone with Damascus blades and the standard Case shield. 😊

I think they do add evidence, as you noted. It's hard to find a canoe from that era with red bone ...... the three from that era that I previously had were brown bone with no tint of red. 😊
Thanks for the vintage bone vs. bone stag comments. :):thumbsup:
I've been calling my 1975 Case canoe "red bone" but I'm probably incorrect since I see little evidence of what I'd normally think of as a red shade in the bone. Here's another photo of it:

Out of curiosity, here's a 1965-69 Case canoe I have. I think I see red here; what does your experienced eye tell you, Rob (if anything, given my amateur photos)?

GT, My dentist told me that it could take up to four adjustments to get it to fit right 🤞.
I hope you can get it working with just 2 tries, Dan! :thumbsup::cool::cool:

Fantastic replay Gary. 👌
Thanks, Bob. I used to try to write comments every day, but can't seem to make time for it anymore.

We won the costume contest, but not the cornhole tournament. :)

Depends how seriously you take the activity.
Backyard players tend to call it "Bags", while competitive players will call it "Cornhole"... I call it a "Stupid Bean Bag Game" just to mess with people.
1 out of 2 ain't bad! 🤓
I have very little personal experience with the sport. I tend to call it "Quiet Horseshoes" (or maybe OSHA-approved horseshoes).

Stellar stockman, Steve! :cool::thumbsup::cool:

Thanks, Gary.👍
It's my first Marble's and besides being beautiful and cheap, it has quality, I was happy.;):D
:thumbsup:🤓:thumbsup:

Thanks, Gary.👍
There is no reference on the brand's website (they call it Navalha Sus scrofa).;)
Thanks for the info, José. :):thumbsup:
