What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Case Knife of the Week is a mini copperhead with navy blue jigged bone and a red shield; I think it looks quite classy.

Yes it does!
That's a great shade of blue & it makes the red shield really POP! πŸ‘

I just got this RoseCraft Clinch River Swayback in the mail today from KnifeCenter. I placed it in front of the bottom of my company chili champion trophy. 😊 I'm pretty impressed with the quality since it's a $55 knife. Nice and snappy pull with a cool wharnie blade. The bone handle looks great with a deep saturated color. Might have to get their Barlow next if they are ever back in stock.Rosecraft-Clinch-River_AKidd.jpg

After the dentist, I did a Walmart run, and then went for a scooter ride. For various reasons - weather, out of town, general lack of ambition, blah, blah, blah, I haven't ridden much this year 😦
Jeez...I needed a good long ride. All is right in the world again :)
Swapped the Cadet for the Pioneer X for the ride.

Another Schrade stockman, fresh from the Post Office. As if I needed another oneβ€¦πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

This one does look extra clean, Jim, nice pickup!

They have the grey bone barlows on their own site in stock as of earlier today. Don't worry, just trying to enable lol.

I have been looking at their barlows and that sway ack in the grey bone too.

The vivid colors of the 48 contrasts nicely with the handsome wood covers. Beautiful knives ..... beautiful picture.:thumbsup:πŸ˜²πŸ˜πŸ¦–

I get the feeling that the scene is around a peaceful stream with your rock and wet leaves. Maybe ..... probably not .? πŸ€”

Fine patina on both too !😍

New Mike Moran Regular Straight Jack Sheepsfoot in CPM-154 and vintage, Westinghouse black canvas, single brown line Micarta.

Yes he knocked it out of the park on that swedge. 😍 Undecided on the shield ..... quite unusual. 😊

Thank you for the compliment Mr. Primble. It had just rained, and actually the rock and the Virginia Creeper vine are in my back yard. I just happened to catch good light for the pic. 😁

The swedge looks even better in person. It has a near mirror polish on it. 😍 The uniqueness of the shield is something I really enjoy. I can't say that I've ever owned a knife with a coffin shield... heck, I don't know that I've even seen one to be honest. πŸ˜‚
