That's a really good pairing. 🤠 :thumbsup:
That old Case Stockman really holds its own against that Case/Bose. 🤠:thumbsup:

Nice. 😇👍
I have a RR scout (SS blades) with the old style can opener.
Rough Ryder makes a solid knife.

I've had three from that black micarta/tool steel series and they are all awesome.

I took 400 grit sandpaper and rounded all the edges of the liners and micarta, then buffed them up and it just made it even better. The large stockman and the half hawk are excellent. The large stockman is almost a 1 for 1 copy of the case #75 pattern except for the obvious rough Ryder details.
I’m really enjoyin them. Will definitely be purchasin more

Spring Street Barlow and my Kabar MKII for Wednesday. 😊

We ended up getting two severe storms around noon on Sunday and 45 minutes after midnight on Monday morning. The wind after midnight put one of my redbud trees on the ground, so Memorial Day for me ended up being storm cleanup ......... chainsaw, loppers, and pruning shears being the cutting tools of choice. I've got a little more to do today to finish the cleanup.

A sleeping lady was killed a few miles from Pleasant Hill, when a tree came crashing through her bedroom. I've seen 18" diameter trees snapped off at about 6-8 feet from the ground. NWS survey yesterday for my county concluded 85 mph straight line winds from the second storm. :(

Anyway .......... it's calm and sunny this morning, after a rough ride Sunday. 😊

A tree down on our home is one of my biggest fears. We had rough thunderstorms over the weekend and one of our white oaks is leaning dangerously towards our roof now. I did as much as I could with my pole saw but it's a job for the pros. $1400 later for that one and some "while you're up there" work on some adjacent trees. Peace of mind but a big chunk out of my Blade Show fund

Glad you and yours are ok, Rob :thumbsup: Part of that storm rolled through here late Saturday night/early Sunday morning. No serious damage that I know of, so I don't think we got hit with the brunt of it. That said, the wind woke me up and the lightning was intense. I had a big lead cut off the maple at the corner of my house, earlier this year. It was overhanging the bedroom and every time a big storm would come through, I'd lay awake thinking about it coming down on top of me. Hate to hear of that killing somebody :(

Lovely knives and photography :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
